Here was my work out for today
Wake up morning work out
1. Squat to leg abduction 3 sets of 12
2. Tricep push up/ row/ fly 3 sets of 12 with 5lbs dumbbells
3. Chest flys with torso raised 3 sets of 12 with 5 lbs dumbbells
4. tricep extensions 3 sets of 12 5 lbs dumbbells
5. V sit curl to press 3 sets of 12 with 5lbs dumbbells
5 V sit torso twist 3 sets of 12 ( each side) 10 lbs dumbbells
Evening work out
Working out legs because I worked out heavy my upper body yesterday ( morning work out was a mini work out for me )
1. Leg press 3 sets of 8 to 12 at 280 lbs
2. Bar squat with 50 lbs not including bar, 3 sets of 12
3. dumbbell squat with 45 lbs dumbell 3 sets of 12
4. Lunges with 15 lbs dumbbells ( each hand ) 3 sets of 12
5. hip abduction 130 lbs 3 sets of 12
6 hip adduction 70 lbs 3 sets of 12
7. Knee extension 90 lbs 3 sets of 12
8 hamstring curls 70 lbs 3 sets of 8
9 dead lift 50 lbs ( not including bar weight) 3 sets of 10
10. lower back extensions with 10 lbs 3 sets of 15 ( last set until failure )

ReplyDeleteAlso, I see that you just do 3 sets at the same weight? You don't work up and do less reps with your sets as it gets heavier?
ReplyDeleteHello I do go up but only by 5 to 10 lbs. I also increase my sets to 4 sometimes with the same weight. I change my routine about every 3 weeks. So I'll add one and take one exercise out

ReplyDeleteok so you say you work out your upper body one day and your lower body the other day.. is this "evening work out" your lower body workout??? which one is your upper body??
Im a TIU girl too and I want to look just like youu (hope that's not too weird haha)
I worked out my upper body on this day with light weights as my " booty call " i suppose.. But I normally keep it consistent such as, one day upper body, next day lower body and so on. I take a break usually on Sundays or if there is an interruption during the week.. for example tomorrow i will not be working out due to a last min audition in NYC. ( im an actress) so bc today was my upper body day, the next day i work out will be my lower body day. and then i start the process again
ReplyDeleteAlso, i normally dont do 2 work out sessions, it just so happens that i did on this particular day. I normally do HIIT 3 times a week in addition to my weight training.

ReplyDeleteThanks for the leg exercises. I simply realized I HAVE to up the weights when I do lower body. I am going to incorporate some these but not so heavy at first :)

I have the plan .. follow it a majority of the time with a little mishap here and there. Exercising and workouts are what I need more help with. But anyways, congratulations ... you look great.
