From start to finish

Fitness tip of the day: want abs?? How's your diet??
Clean diet= defined abs.

I don't even work mine. I just do my normal leg routine and it works my abs. Deadlift are the bomb ;)

  2. I love dead lifts!!! Do you prefer regular dead lifts or straight leg dead lifts?
