  1. Hi:) I'm not sure how to use this blog thing, but I had a question on cutting. A little history of me first: I'm 5'4.5 so 5'5 with shoes:) I have a medium build, but a rather small frame underneath. I an about 149 and about 27% body fat. My goal when I started working out was to gain some muscle, to make fat loss a little easier. Well I've been working out since march, not super consistently, but no less than 3 times a week. At school I'd lift weights and do like 20 min of cardio. And when I'm home Id do hiit with zuzka. I've noticed that I have put on muscle and I'm thrilled about it, but I haven't lost much fat. My legs are really fatty and while I know I've gained muscle cuz I can see a little poking thru, I only see a little poking thru cuz of the fat:( so my question is, what's the est way to cut fat while maintaining muscle mass. I've just purchased cellucor c4 to help with my journey. I was looking for more of an endurance, fat boosting pre workout, but c4 seems to lack as far as endurance and stamina, but excels in pumps and strength wen doing my hiit so I've decided to stick with it until its finished. It has creative tho:-/ do u think that will help me lean out or gain weight? I'm really hoping to lean out. I've had excess fat that I don't want for too long. Pplz help! Thank you so much for your time:)
